SportsParc Terms and Conditions – General Conditions of Entry

By entering the premises of The Parc at Howzat, trading as SportsParc (hereafter referred to as “SportsParc”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk
Participation in or spectating of activities such as indoor soccer, netball, pickleball, basketball, other indoor sports, and Ninja/ Climbing, involves inherent risks of injury. By entering SportsParc, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical activity, facility usage, and being present on the premises.

2. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release SportsParc, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury, loss, damage, or death resulting from your presence at the venue, including but not limited to participation in sports, use of equipment, or movement within the premises.

3. Health and Safety Compliance
All participants and visitors agree to follow facility rules, signage, and instructions from staff at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises without refund.

4. Personal Belongings
SportsParc is not responsible for loss or theft of any personal property brought onto the premises. Please secure your belongings appropriately.

5. Media and Promotions
By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. Such media may be used by SportsParc in print, online, or social media without compensation or further notice.

6. Privacy
Your personal information will be collected and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We will not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

Important Notice
If you do not agree with any of the above terms, please do not enter the premises or participate in any activities. Entry into SportsParc signifies your acceptance of these terms.
